in order from shortest to tallest pippin sam merry frodo gimli legolas gandalf aragorn boromir this isn't by any canon by the way except that we know that frodo is the tallest of the hobbits and pippin is the youngest so i assumed he would be shortest legolas was supposed to be 'as tall as a young tree' but he was also physically smaller than both aragorn and boromir and i don't care if that means thinner aragorn and boromir are TANKS ESPECIALLY BOROMIR he was so built that he acted as their human snowplow
