summer is in a month and a half so it’s time to get back in workout mode

waist: 27”
hips: 35”
push-ups: maxes out at 60, daily 40
sit-ups: maxes out at 120, daily 60 (i know i’m lazy)
leg lifts: maxes out at 100, daily 60
BODY GOALS:
pushups: max out at 60, daily 60
situps and leg raises: i honestly don’t need to work on these
honestly i’m rather impressed that my current condition isn’t too bad i’ve been lying around and studying so much i kind of expected to have more fat but my arms still have a little definition and my calves are as always FANTASTIC
unfortunately i can’t do anything about my linebacker shoulders sigh but oh well
